There goes my last chocolate easter bunny.. hahaha..
I used little Mr. Bunny for Mousse au Nougat. My sister’s friend gave me the recipe who found it on a German cook’s website.
The recipe is very simple without using any eggs and is still fluffy. And very tasty! （＾∇＾）
300 ml whipping cream
80 g nougat
First you melt nougat and chocolate in 100 ml of the whipping cream. Then let it cool down again.
In the meantime whip the rest of the cream. Afterwards, gently fold the whipped cream in the nougat-chocolate-mix and let it cool in the fridge for at least three hours.
You can serve it with some fresh fruits.
