Yesterday, my friends cooked หมี่กะทิ (Mie Kati), a curry noodlesoup. It’s rice noodles with a spicy curry soup with minced meat which you eat together with salad, cucumber, soy bean sprouts. You can also use chinese cabbage instead of salad.
She said, it was her first trial cooking it using her mother’s recipe. It was very delicious!
For dessert, we had a few sour apples with a stinky but very tasty sweet-spicy dip. It also was a first time cooking it!
