My uncle’s wife loves spicy food. Everything she cooks is so spicy. And she likes to make rather extravagant dishes. The other day, she made lao-style (or her own style) shrimp sashimi for us.
It looked very good but I couldn’t try it because it was too spicy for me. Even for my mom who tried some after she cooked it in the microwave for a minute, it is was too spicy. Too bad!
