My sister never wanted to try corn dogs saying they were to fatty. But after I accompanied her to a shopping spree and got all exhausted, I insisted on my reward – a corn dog.
This little deep-fried hot dog sausages coated with corn flour on a skewer with ketchup and yellow mustard. It smelled so good that my sister had to try one. And she liked it! 🙂
Corn dogs are easily made. You just need to mix yellow corn flour, wheat flour, baking power, milk and eggs, a pinch of salt and pepper. Coat the hot dogs evenly and deep-fry them. For a full recipe, please click here.
