I used to skip breakfast at home before going to work or just bought something along the way to work. Now I know (and do) better. A healthy breakfast is important. Your body is getting its energy from it for the day and it prevents you from snacking chocolate or candy.
In the morning before I leave for work, I eat a mix of oatmeal, wheat bran, chia seeds, fresh berries and (unsalted) nuts with soymilk and a pinch of cinnanom. From time to time, I like to go to a French café for a small breakfast. They have delicious baguettes with salad and salami sausage, brioche and croissants.
