There are so many different opinions about breakfast. Is it really necessary? Is it scientifically proven that people who eat breakfast are healthier? What kind of breakfast is the best?
Well, there is no definite answer to it. I like breakfast, especially when eaten together with family and/or friends. On weekdays I usually eat a mixed bowl of (unsugared) cereals, oatmeal, granola, nuts and fresh fruits with soy joghurt or soy milk.
When I am late for work, I put everything in a mason jar and take it with me. 🙂
