At the end of summer/beginning of autumn there are many street festivals around town. It is fun taking a stroll over street festivals – especially in search for food. Last time I bought battered fish with garlic sauce:
It is actually easy to make at home. You only need 5-6 ingredients.
4 fillets of fish
100 g wheat flour
125 ml beer
Cut the fish in bite-size pieces and prepare the batter. Mix wheat flour, eggs and beer together well, add salt and pepper to taste. Then dunk the fish in the batter and deep-fry them golden-brown.
Served best with a slice of lemon and/or garlic sauce.
