My friend who lives in Singapore came back to visit her parents and her boyfriend’s brother’s wedding this summer. Although, she didn’t had much time, we managed to meet up. She brought an Indonesian prune layer cake as souvenir.
It was really delicious. Very soft and buttery but not too sweet. I looked for recipes online and was shocked that this little cake contains mostly 8 to 10 eggs. Still thinking if I should give it a try.
